Locally owned and operated since 1983, Le Peep Boulder began with a desire to bring a new concept - breakfast-focused dining - to Boulder. Owner Alan Teran, long-time Boulder resident and owner of the Boulder Cork for 40 years, was inspired to create a comfortable, down-to-earth breakfast eatery with out-of-this-world dishes. Now 30 years later, Le Peep continues to provide fresh taste in all of its dishes and adds new items often. Le Peep continues its strong commitment to local growers. Alan opened Le Peep Longmont in 2002, bringing an affordable and tasty breakfast option to the Longmont community. Le Peep Longmont serves the same fresh, simple and scrumptious meals as Le Peep Boulder.
