It begins in Sicily at the foothills of Mount Etna, our ever-active volcano that lights up the night sky with its red, scary, majestic beauty. This is where our Family comes from: the very centre of the Mediterranean Sea, full of blinding sunlight, co
ntinuously blowing in unique scents and aromas from the past. The old Family recipes, the deep knowledge of our tradition, the thorough search of the best ingredients and the ability to combine them all together with our own passionate touch. We really care about what we do: our pasta is freshly made, our varieties of cheese are all imported, our vegetables are organic, our cuts of meat are all top-shelf, our wine list is mostly a tribute to Italian local producers. We are from the South, and we don’t forget that. But we would like You to join us on a flavourful journey that from Sicily takes You through bits and pieces of the broad Italian culinary tradition. Our goal is to offer You a good time through uncompromising, genuine Italian recipes.
