Timber Trails Taco Tuesday takes a TWIST!

Beginning this Tuesday, July 8th, Taco Tuesday will become an unlimited Taco Buffet. The buffet will feature all the same items as before, but you now have the option to customize your taste and your fill level. Additionally, complimentary homemade chips and salsa for the tables and specialty half-price margaritas. $22.95 / person plus tax and tip. Dinner begins at 4 PM and ends at 9 PM

CORN AND FLOUR TORTILLAS
Beer Braised Pork Shank Taco
Slow-cooked Shanks with corona beer and spices, pulled and served on a corn tortilla,
topped with lime-pickled red onions.
Mahi-Mahi Tacos
Lime Slaw, Morita aioli, Caramelized Onions.
Chicken Tinga
Pulled chicken cooked in a mild chipotle and tomato sauce with Pickled red onions.
Rajas con Crema
Creamy Poblano peppers and corn, Guajillo crumbs.
