It has been brought to my attention, and I’ve also heard from several customers, that some of the #2 crabs we recently sold were not up to the quality standards that No. 1 Fresh Steamed Crabs stands for. Some were muddy, not filled properly, and simply weren’t the crabs our customers deserve.

I want to sincerely apologize to everyone who purchased them. Yes, they were only $1 a crab, but that is no excuse for putting out a product that wasn’t up to our standards. We appreciate every single customer who supports our business, and your trust means more to us than making a quick sale.

This was a one-time situation, and I promise we will do everything we can to make sure it does not happen again. Moving forward, we will be much more careful about the crabs we put our name on. Thank you to everyone who brought this to our attention and, most importantly, thank you for continuing to support No. 1 Fresh Steamed Crabs. πŸ¦€β€οΈ
