Eleven years of Primo. 🍷✨

I’ve dreamed of owning my own restaurant since I was in grade school. What started as a childhood goal, inspired by our family’s Christmas traditions, became a reality 11 years and one month ago today.

It hasn’t always been easy. From the strain of the early years and the construction on Old Hwy 12 to the uncertainty of Covid and the slow seasons after Birch’s reopened—we’ve faced many moments where we weren’t sure we’d make it.

But every time we hit a crossroad, this community stepped up. It doesn’t fall light on my heart how much you have supported us through every "close call." We are here because of you.

To celebrate, we’re hosting a Guest Appreciation Night on Monday, August 24th! We’re bringing back ALL of our specials for one night only.
