Back by popular demand and request! Brookside’s Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions on a Hoagie!
We had a great day yesterday after closing a little early for some summer normality for the crew! It’s a grind in the summer for everyone working in Long Lake, but we won’t let that stop us from enjoying!!! We dodged some thunder dodged some lighting and great times were had! I think Mitch (Hoss’s crew) has the catch of night with smaller perch smacking his lure that was almost bigger than the fish itself! Great laughs to be when you’re on the lake!

Woahhhhhahhh!!!! Summer is Freaking here and it came in fast! What a great First week of July! If you weren’t around you missed out! Brookside BARKEATERS took 1st Place home in the Bed Races with the July 4th Celebrations! So we are gunna keep the momentum rolling right into this weekend!
This Friday at Brookside, will be here from 4-6PM with a little disc golf and of course some of their finest brews on Tap! Swing down, grab a brew and tell us about your ADK Adventure and maybe evan a little Disc Golf! Rember it’s always a bad day to be a beer!

Mud season’s here. The time of year when the Adirondacks turn into one big slip n’ slide and half the town disappears till the blackflies show up! Also one of our favorite times of the year…Brook Trout Season has begun!! Don’t worry we aren’t going anywhere though! We are dialing things back just a touch so (I) Johnny can pretend he’s getting ahead on spring projects and cleanups and of course do some fishing (we’ll see how that goes). See you all soon!
