Well, we managed to survive the 117th Grant County Fair & Rodeo. Between the three days of rodeo and four days of fair we cook 2,250 burgers and 60 lbs of bacon, grilled 1752 sets of buns along with 36 lbs of ham slices. The deep fryers were busy with 1290 lbs of fries, 140 lbs of finger steaks, 70 lbs of chicken nuggets, and 432 corndogs. The amount of fries, finger steaks, and nuggets would have been a lot higher but we sold out🫣

To say the least we had a very successful 7 days and couldn’t have done it without my awesome crew Lori Kerr, Bethany Wilburn, Renee Peterson,
Dally Moore, Dinorha Vidrio, and Jaiden Kerr…and topping off the team was our master at the grill David Clark. He won’t cook at home but he darn sure made up for it the last two weeks. I seriously can’t say enough about the hard work and long hours this crew put in.
