Rocky’s Jersey Grill will be opening on January 26 right in the heart of Long Branch, NJ. Rocky’s features the legendary foods of New Jersey…from a hot dog prepared Italian or American style, to a savory rib eye steak sandwich followed by funnel cake, Rocky’s has it covered. The Italian hot dog, also known as a “Jersey dog” originated in North Jersey. It’s made with potatoes, peppers, and onions. Rocky's makes it the classic way with fresh cut potato rounds on authentic pizza bread. They’ll serve it fresh as a single or a double and you WILL be more than satisfied. A huge plus is that if an Italian hot dog just isn’t your thing, you can have yours “push-cart” style, the most common way to eat a hot dog, with mustard or sauerkraut. Pork roll, is another New Jersey classic which originated in Trenton. Rocky's pork roll sandwiches are made with the original Taylor Ham pork roll. It may be a tad more expensive than what you’ll get from your local bagel shop, but hey, you’re worth it! Rocky’s uses hand cut thick rib eye steak, tender, delicious and chargrilled. Hamburgers are made from 100% pure ground beef. And if beef isn’t your thing, you can try their sausage or turkey sausage burgers. Top it all off with a milkshake made from real ice cream and whole milk mixed into a thick and creamy blend, the old fashioned way. Dessert also includes fried cheesecake, and funnel cake, a festive classic available at Rocky’s all year around. Rocky’s is the Jersey shore’s new hot spot. How can it not be?
