A colorful cocktail for a colorful legacy 💙

Trevor is behind the bar shaking up the Lavender Tequila Sour, inspired by Glenn Burke, the first MLB player to come out as gay. To honor his baseball legacy, Trevor created a house-made lavender blue spirulina syrup that gives this cocktail its iconic Dodger blue color.

Part of our Pride cocktail series, each drink celebrates LGBTQ+ icons, advocates, and trailblazers who helped change sports, culture, and history.

A Bloody Mary with a little history behind it 🍅

Meet the Almost Innocent, our brunch mocktail inspired by the classic Bloody Mary, packed with tomato, citrus, spice, and bold savory flavor. Fun fact: the original version of the drink dates back to the 1890s… the same decade this building was built.

The Jam Session mixes guava jam, lemon, soda water, and Hangar 1 lemon vodka for something crisp, refreshing, and seriously easy to sip. Fun fact: lemon vodka took off in the ‘70s alongside the rise of the Lemon Drop cocktail scene in San Francisco. Bring your mom this Sunday and give it a taste!
