Well blackout shuts down for today- couldn’t make bagels or get everything ready for the day. It’s back on now, but we’ll have to see everyone tomorrow. It’s a bummer, but good that it’s inventory / replenish day- so not a lot of costly waste…just being closed sucks. It may be one of the only days for years.
