COME ONE COME ALL !!! For our next trick, we’ll be serving this absolutely delightful flight of drinks !!! 🎪🤡♥️
For Long Beach Food Scene week, we’re bringing out all the stops- our circus trick, if you will! A quad set up of drinks; a single shot of espresso, a single shot cortado with a house made blackberry coulis topped with a circus animal cracker, a single scoop affogato topped with sprinkles, and a side of sparkling water to wash it all down! ♥️♥️
This special is available until August 9th, so come get it before it’s gone!

YEAH……. WE GOT TO MAKE A DRINK FOR FREAKING WARPED TOUR AND THE ACADEMY IS... 😭😭😭

I could not be more excited!!! I grew up attending vanswarpedtourlb when I lived near the bay- every year I’d slap on the brightest manic panic shade I could find, put my fishnets on, get burnt to a crisp in the sun, and thrash my neck to all my favorite bands… Which is probably why I’m falling apart at the ripe age of 31 but that’s beside the point, guys :+)

I have loved The Academy Is… for as long as I can remember- to be able to make a special drink based off of their music means EVERYTHING to me!!

‘Santi’ is my all time favorite album of theirs, so I wanted to dedicate our drink to their lead song off said album! And of course, as the song mentions, you’re gonna have a big, big mess on your hands when you try our drink 😏
I wanted to do something a little fun and messy- this iced Ethiopian coffee comes with an espresso shot bomb that you’ll drop into the drink, we then top it with our cherry vanilla cold foam and shaved frozen cherry!

We hope you guys have as much fun with this drink as we do!!! ♥️🖤♥️🖤

This is my mom Kristina, aka the best mom ever, aka half of my heart and a huge part of who makes me, me ♥️
Owning this cafe reminds me of all the hard work and love my mom has put into me- if I have even half of the empathy, beauty, and sincerity that my mother has, then I know I’ll be okay. Always.
