I’ve been keeping a little secret. 🤫 For the past few months, I have been grinding away at a project I have put off for years. It wasn’t until one night this summer when I sat down with my friends Matthew and CJ at Neighbors Tap & Table (and they gave me that final “what are you waiting for?!” nudge) that I finally decided to hold my own feet to the fire and make it happen.

I’m not quite ready to share exactly what’s happening just yet until I get a few more details lined up, but when I tell you I am bursting at the seams to share this with y’all… oh em gee!!

If all goes according to plan, I’ll be making the big announcement a week from today. So mark your calendars!

In the meantime, keep checking our stories for little Easter eggs and be on the lookout for anything with the hashtag or BBTS

🍂🎃 THE TEMPERATURES MIGHT STILL BE SCREAMING SUMMER, BUT IT’S FALL IN OUR HEARTS! 🎃🍂

We may still be sweating our way through September here on the Coast, but around the bakery, we’ve officially got fall on the brain! This week’s menu is filled with cozy spices, pumpkin, cookie butter, caramel, and one very special old favorite making its way back into the case. 🤎

Here’s what we’ve been baking up…

Caramel Stuffed Pumpkin Chantilly 🎃🍮
Pumpkin cake stuffed with gooey caramel, topped with our rich brown butter Chantilly. Cozy, decadent, and basically fall in cupcake form!

Cookie Butter Latte 🍪☕️
Spiced cookie butter cake topped with espresso buttercream. It’s warm, cozy, and has just the right amount of coffee flavor to make you feel like you should be sitting on a porch with a blanket and a good book.

Nutella Stuffed 🍫🤎
One of our longtime fan favorites is BACK! This Nutella stuffed chocolate cupcake has been a favorite at Dolce for nearly a decade, and we couldn’t resist bringing it back for fall. Rich chocolate cake stuffed with creamy Nutella, topped with chocolate buttercream, and finished with a Ferrero Rocher.

We’re bringing back a very special favorite tomorrow—our scratch-made Sticky Buns, the same ones that were featured in the Lifetime movie Christmas in Mississippi! 🎬✨

And of course, we’ll have our Traditional Cinnamon Rolls topped with our signature vanilla buttercream. 🤍
