We are from Rome Italy and hope to bring some of our homestyle Italian cooking to you. La Parolaccia offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere where everyone is treated like family and enjoys delicious pizza, pasta and w**e. La Parolaccia in Italian means "the bad word." In Italy an osteria is a down to earth establishment where friends and family gather to enjoy great food and occasionally let out a "parolaccia." We hope our home away from home becomes a place where you form great memories around great food.

This dough is made with higher hydration and cooked at a lower temperature than our usual pizza tonda… it will be thicker with a crispy, light crust. Made with a blend of Italian flours including farro, durum and whole wheat.. See you tonight 🤌🏽
