Dear customers,

We kindly ask for your understanding.

Recently, payment scams and chargebacks have been increasing significantly, and unfortunately, our restaurant has been affected multiple times. In many cases, customers dispute charges after dining, and we are unable to recover the funds especially when the card was not physically presented at the time of payment.

Because of this, it is very difficult for us to verify what actually happened after the fact. The only way we can protect our business is by taking preventive measures.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
