The Vintage is thrilled to support the Long Beach Grand Prix Fixe II, presented by Longbeachize, by providing a curated lineup of wines for the 8/25, 8/31 & 9/8 competitions.

Meet the newest members of our cheese lineup:

🌶️ Shadow Blossom: buttery and savory, with a pepper-and-spice-coated rind
🧈 Chällerhocker: rich and nutty, with notes of brown butter, caramel, and a salty finish
🌼 Alp Blossom: creamy and nutty, wrapped in a colorful coat of dried flowers and herbs

Hi, neighbors. 👋

If we haven’t met yet, we’re Josh and Adriana.

We’re honored to be the new owners of The Vintage, but long before that, we were simply neighbors who loved coming here.

Our story began back in 2008, when we met as school teachers. Today, Adriana continues to work in education, Josh works in corporate learning and development, and together we’re raising our two kids right here in Bixby Knolls.

Like so many of you, we came to The Vintage to share a bottle of wine, discover a new favorite cheese, celebrate life’s milestones, or simply unwind after a long day. It became one of those places that made our neighborhood feel a little smaller, a little warmer, and a little more connected.

When the opportunity came to become its next stewards, it felt less like buying a business and more like saying “yes” to caring for a place we already loved.

Our hope is simple: to preserve everything that has made The Vintage special while continuing to create a space where conversations linger, friendships grow, and everyone feels welcome.

Whether you’ve been part of The Vintage family for years or you’re planning your very first visit, we’re grateful you’re here. If you see us around, please introduce yourself - we’d love to meet you!

The Vintage is looking for a part-time cook to join our team.

We’re a small, community-driven wine & cheese bar focused on creating a warm, thoughtful experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What we’re looking for:
• Weekend availability (must)
• Kitchen or food prep experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Calm, positive energy in fast-paced shifts
• Team-first mindset
• Pride in presentation + cleanliness
• Interest in cheese, wine, and elevated small bites

This role is about thoughtful food, teamwork, and helping create a space guests love coming back to.

I hate long goodbyes

If you want to get in one last discussion on wine, cheese, or politics this is your chance.
I'll be in on Saturday from 4-9 and Sunday 11-5.
I'll miss all your shiny faces more than I can say but I'll miss my staff aka "friends I pay" most of all. (Not that I pay them to be my friends ... Well maybe ... Nah they really like me.)
