We are seeking RESPONSIBLE AM/PM FRONT STAFF & AM/PM Cooks

Requirements:
Must be available over the weekend
- Ability to prepare condiments and meats while slower shift
- Able to multi-task, maintain composure and professionalism in a high-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations
- Able to work independently AND be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy, a warm and friendly demeanor, motivated and have great attitude
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus
- Flexible scheduling; weekdays and Holiday
- Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
- Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
- Seasons and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
- Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
