Come see us TONIGHT for dinner in Londonderry and try our “Nutfield Grain Bowl” special which is the perfect hot meal for the season and has been known to be “like Thanksgiving in my mouth!” 😃 This bowl is fully vegan (and obviously 100% and ) but our new meat options are available as a substitute if that’s your thing!

You won’t remember what your life was like before trying our house pumpkin aïoli, a delicious blend of sweet and savory that is perfect for this bowl but also delicious on so many other menu items like our chick salad wrap and our harvest scramble in particular.

Don’t miss us on Thursday nights! We’re keeping our promise to stay open for Thursday night dinners in Londonderry until we can staff up enough to extend hours on more days!

Last week was great, we were pretty busy and were still able to keep online orders and DoorDash on the whole time while maintaining our typical 15 minutes or less order times. I am so proud of my team for stepping up to help me make this possible for our community and extremely grateful for those of you who are already becoming Thursday night regulars!

CARAMEL APPLE FRENCH TOAST 🤤🍎🍁

This is a MUST TRY fall special that we just started making last year and has already been selling like crazy!

It features two slices of our freshly baked white bread drenched in our French toast batter, grilled, sliced, and served with caramelized local honeycrisp apples from Sunnycrest Farm , local organic maple syrup from bolducmaplefarms , scratch-made local apple syrup, and coconut whipped cream!

ROUND TWO!!! 🙌🏼

As promised, we are doing our best to staff and train as quickly as possible in order to extend hours to do weeknight dinners in Londonderry! In the meantime, we’re going to try to give you all at least one night a week (and people seem to like Thursdays!)

With last week being as amazing and crazy as it was, I want to share a few notes in advance - we will be prepared to handle the crowd but if we do for some reason sell out of food again, we will post on social to avoid anyone making a trip only to find that we are sold out of food. We will also be taking online and phone orders as much as we can without sacrificing the experience of our in-store customers. If it gets too busy, we will have to turn those options off. The fall specials will also be in full swing so it will be a great chance to come try them out!

We should talk about last night… 👀

It was INCREDIBLE!!! You all really showed up for us and I can’t tell you how much it means to see that level of support from our community. Thank you so much for your support and for being so patient and understanding while we navigated a situation that was beyond what we could have expected or could even handle!

We heard you loud and clear. Later hours are coming as soon as we can staff for them and we will be planning more week night services in the meantime. We’ll keep you in the loop on that and more exciting news to come!

You told us you want us open later… here’s your chance to prove it! We’re doing a little test of demand this Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm at our Londonderry location to see if people will come to us for dinner (AND WE HOPE YOU DO). If you’re someone that wishes Troy’s was open later, cast your vote by joining us this Thursday!
