Weekend events Pt. 2…

What an incredible Sunday Brunch we had at Lavender Oak Vineyard, celebrating the remarkable Michael Benedict with the theme “More than Eggs Benedict.” A heartfelt thank you to Christi and Dean Heck for their wonderful hospitality, and to The amazing Ms. Karen of Women Winemakers & Culinarians Foundation for organizing such a memorable event.

The stunning grounds of Lavender Oak Vineyards provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with delicious bites and great company, I had to honor to prepare a menu that elevated their mind, body and souls, one bite at a time.
Todays menu, we prepared, Traditional Eggs Benedict, Crab cakes with Bernaise sauce, PBLT (pork belly BLT tartines), Root Veggie Hash, Mini Quiches, Fresh fruit, Yogurt parfaits and assorted fresh baked pastries,
