Original Aviator is made from 100% Brazilian Arabica beans. compared with the more-common Robusta variety, the Arabica coffee plant is more-difficult to grow, yields less fruit, the beans contains about half of the caffeine of Robusta and about 60% more lipids, yielding a much smoother, mild and aromatic flavor, in contrast to the hasher, more-bitter cup produced by Robusta beans.

Who else is ready for an airport weekend?! 🙌

The sun is just beginning to peek over the horizon, and there you are, donut box in-hand, ready to open the hangar door and be met with your faithful Mr. Coffee drip machine that hasn't been descaled...perhaps ever, maybe cleaned quarterly, and has your old container of pre-ground coffee sitting beside it-- it's been the go-to for the morning airport coffee crew since the beginning of time, and we're here to say that there's nothing wrong with that.

We love the Saturday morning meet-up, where "so there I was..." stories are told and the latest aircraft maintenance mysteries are solved over donuts and coffee. Nat Esser didn’t always see herself as a racer, but the world is lucky to have her! Esser is one of 3 female STOLdrag competitors—while her day job typically takes her to major airports around the world, her latest adventure was the , where she placed second in the Silver Class during an epic race at the STOLdrag World Championships!!
