My first BrainTap experience was really cool. I listened to an introduction session that told me about what was going on with the lights and audio. Somehow, my legs became completely relaxed, even more than when I lay down for bed. I was actually a little distracted while listening to it, so I wasn’t trying to relax. But my legs absolutely did. Over the session, my whole body became very relaxed. It wasn’t about meditation or my efforts in trying to focus. It had to do with the lights and any underlying sound waves my ears and brain caught.
