SHIVELYS BBQ
Will be closed until further notice. I have been diagnosed with with stage 4 Macular hole in my right eye.
I thought I was going in for emergency surgery today but it’s just an appointment to meet with the surgeon..
I don’t know what the outcome of this will be. Only that it takes a long time to heal and I have to lay face down for one to two weeks.
I don’t know the outcome of SHIVELY’S BBQ at this time because there is only two of us that ran the operation.
Maybe this is gods way of telling me to slow down and take a good look at what is left in my life.
He went a little overboard I think a broken arm would have yielded the same results.
I want to take this time to thank each and every one of you that has backed and supported this little business that now is huge.
We have people from other states drive here just to eat. It’s so ever whelming you can’t even imagine.
We are so blessed to have the following we do and I want you to know that we appreciate and love everyone of you for your support.
I’m sorry but I can’t go on it’s hard to see through the tears. I will try-and keep you posted as to our future.they say I always have a way to make people laugh so here’s one for you. After surgery I was told I have to lay face down for one to two weeks. I don’t set around at all so my response was. I don’t see that happening.
We love and will miss you all until the results are back keep us in your hearts.
