Mission: To provide an opportunity for our community to purchase, enjoy, and experience the joys of our unique take on traditional baked goods. Baking with our customers interests in mind, we will provide delicious treats and family favorites. Vision: To become our communities go to event venue and provide an inclusive collaborative element to our baking, venue rentals, and special events. My parents have given me so many gifts in my life, dance lessons, a love for art, a strong work ethic, and the love of human kind. My husbands parents have done the same for him including a love for the land that we are blessed to walk on each day. We purchased the property next door to our dance studio and we are thrilled to bring you Logan Flours. This year we will build two apartments in the upper level, and begin work on renovating the lower level and bringing Logan Flours, a baking company, to our community. Follow us on our renovation journey, we can't wait to share! My Mom has taught me everything I know when it comes to the kitchen and I am thrilled to say she will be baking alongside me. We have researched, tested, and tasted for years to be sure we can bring you the joys of baking and delicious baked goods. Coming late 2018... We promise, it is worth the wait!

The BER months are here and monster cookies are on the menu. My mom‘s recipe is my absolute favorite. These pair beautifully with our Autumn coffee menu! Don’t worry, we did add in your favorites from last Fall and we are keeping some of our Summer flavors around because you love them so much. Coconut isn’t going anywhere 😅, just in case you need a little taste of Summer back. See you in the morning!

August slipped away and here we are almost to the middle of September! Fall menus are begging to be seen so here they are!!! Our fall menu officially launches next week! But tomorrow (Friday 9/11)we are featuring our Caramel Apple Latte & the Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew with sweet cream cold foam!!!
Friday we are open 6:30a-11a
This Saturday we are closed as our staff member is on vacation and Matt is running to volleyball with one kiddo while I run to dance with the other! Thank you for understanding.

Tomorrow!!! PANTHER FRIDAYS ARE BACK!! Normally I’d be on to making our fall cookies for back to school but let’s hold on to summer just a little longer with these strawberry lemonade cupcakes and these COLOSSAL chocolate chip cookies!!!!!
Did you know high school students and staff of Lo-Ma get 10% off on Friday mornings? Since we opened this has been a tradition on Panther Friday and we can’t wait to see you for your favorite coffee & home made baked goods!!
