Pair it with our homemade berry schmear! Have your bagel toasted with the schmear added straight from our kitchen, or grab a 2 oz or 8 oz container to go!

The Pastrami Bagel Sandwich! 🥯🔥

It starts with our scratch-made everything bagel using organic The Central Milling Company flour. Then we add our house-cured & smoked pastrami, local Gossner Foods Swiss, caramelized onion jam, and chipotle honey mustard (made with local Slide Ridge Honey).

Weekend Special: The Turkey Avocado Bagel Sandwich! 🥬

Piled high with local organic iceberg lettuce from First Frost Farm, Fairway sauce, Swiss, avocado, onions, marinated tomatoes, sprouts, and arugula. All sandwiched between a salted bagel.
