Tikil Gomen: Fresh cabbage, potatoes, and carrots sauteed in a with onion and garlic

Fosolia: Green beans. carrots, crushed tomatoes, parsley and black pepper, cooked in fresh garlic sauce. Aterkik Alicha: Split yellow chick peas cooked with onion garlic, basil, and turmeric. Gomen: Green kale cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, green onion, jalapeno, and seasonings
