Meet Whoa! Kelli

This month’s featured artist is serving up, Cowgirl Arcade, a nostalgic love letter to memory, imagination, and the places that shape us long after they're gone.

Inspired by a beloved Nevada steakhouse-casino and arcade from her childhood, Whoa! Kelli's work explores how memories evolve over time, becoming part fact, part feeling, and entirely our own.

🍨 Artist Pairing: Bing Cherry

✨ Inspired by: A long-gone (sort of) Nevada casino and the ten-year-old girl who ruled its arcade.

🎨 Three words to describe the show: Magic. Melancholy. Mine.

💭 What she hopes you'll feel:
That ordinary memories are worth holding onto, worth sharing, and worth making art about. That nostalgia isn't self-indulgent, it's a gift you give to strangers.

🍦 If this show was a Double Dip flavor what would it be?
Bing Cherry + Banana Rocky Road. Flavors that seem like they shouldn't work together but absolutely do. Kind of like the multiple clown paintings in this show.
