Six years ago today, we opened our doors to you all. We are extremely grateful for all of your support. We feel as though Guantonios has accomplished what it set out to do, create a neighborhood restaurant that feels welcoming to locals and out of town travelers a like.

The past 6 months have been some of the most challenging we’ve ever faced, after losing our main guy, Big Nick suddenly in late December. However, the love you all have showed not only our business but our family as well, has helped us find purpose in this restaurant and carrying on what we built together. Thank you again to all of you that have supported and celebrated with us throughout the past six years.
