With our fast paced environment, we have decided to go with energetic youth. Although a valuable asset, our Chef Jose is getting up their in age so we have decided to trade him to another restaurant for a few 1st round picks while he still has some value left. We will do this in the most honorable way and if he does get traded, we will send him away with a free Crispy Beef with Extra meat as years of loyalty.
