"Did you ever get your grill back?" "What happened to the grill?" Were things I've heard hundreds of times and expect to hear again.

The answer to that question is no and we at The Quesadilla Company are perfectly fine with that. To be honest the grill robbery/scrapping saga drummed up more chatter than I could ever genrated by posting a video of me char-grilling hot dogs in a building that was made for it. I also am admitting that we have SOOO many great special ideas that The Teddy will just be a part of our history.

Saying that we won't need this Charcoal Weber Grill anymore! What a perfect time in tailgating season to do a GIVEAWAY!

All you have to do is eat at TQC and we will be saving a copy of every receipt from TODAY THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH TO SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12TH and pulling a winner on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13TH before the first Bills game. Building has always been at the heart of our family.

Our dad has spent his whole life in construction, so there’s something especially meaningful about watching him and my brother bring this little food truck to life for The Village at the Kenan Center.

What started as wood, tools, and an idea became something that will give kids a place to imagine, play, and dream and that feels pretty special.

We’ve always believed that the best things are built together. Businesses. Families. Friendships. Communities.
