For years, many of you have known us as I’ll Tell You Later BBQ. That name has been part of a whole lot of memories — cook-offs, miles on the road, long nights around the pit, good friends, great food, and plenty of stories we probably really will tell you later. 😂

But now, our BBQ journey is taking us somewhere new…

And there’s a pretty special reason behind the name Sue’s.

As we get ready to take our love of BBQ from the competition world to serving our West Texas friends and neighbors, we wanted a name that felt like home, family, and us. Something that could grow with this next chapter while still honoring where we came from.

And speaking of that next chapter…

🚨 WE’RE OPENING A FOOD TRUCK! 🚨

That’s right — Sue’s Smokehouse | WTX BBQ will soon be rolling out, serving up the BBQ and flavors we’ve spent years cooking, competing with, tweaking, and sharing with the people we love.
