Hey everyone! We at Diesel's Dogs and Burgers just wanted to say a big thank you to the Lockhart High School Band for letting us cater their recent event. It was a pleasure serving you all!

We're so glad everyone seemed to enjoy our homemade chicken fried chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. We always strive to provide good, honest food, and we were honored to be a part of your celebration.

We're just a small local business, and we truly appreciate the support from our community. It means the world to us! Thanks again, Lockhart High School Band! We hope to see you all at Diesel's Dogs and Burgers soon!

We are thinking about doing this. Just an idea, But how does it sound?

With graduation around the corner, we are having a great special for catering orders that are delirvery. Entree consist of our famous chicken we fillet and marinate in house, or our tender boneless pork chops with mashed potatoes, green beans , and bread. For only 9.50 a plate. Everything will be packed in foil pans, with foil ready to get dropped off. Delivery fee not include, and depends on miles. ( We will be hiring outside business to handle that)
Chicken choices, sides are mashed potatoes, green beans, and bread. ( gravy included depending on entree)

Entree: chicken strips, chicken fried chicken, blacked grilled chicken, boneless wings,
Addition charge of $1.25
For chicken fajitas cooked with bell peppers and onions , rice and beans and homemade tortillas. (You can buy condiments for addition charge. Just ask)

$9.50 Boneless pork chops- grilled or fried, with mashed potatoes, green beans and bread.

Been a blessed week experiencing, and seeings some beautiful landscapes in Texas, but nothing like a refreshing reminder like time traveling back to 1932. That’s when this gas station opened if you can’t tell, and other then recieving credit cards, everything else is just like it used to be. #1932

We are still out here cooking for customers and making their food dreams come to reality.
Starter: we had our famous stuffed BBQ meatballs. which is our premium beef that we grind in house, stuff with jalopenos, cheese, topped with bbq sauce and cheese

Then we had our premium beef steak, and a ribeye, with a loaded bake potatoe, and steamed veggies that consisted of squash, zucchini, dear sausage, with our homemade queso on top.


We appreciate everyone business and especially this opportunity to cook for some great clients in a 25,000 square foot home, and feeling like family.

What a beautiful morning it was to wake up to this sunset, and hearing the peacock 🦚 and zebra 🦓 yells going off.

Been at it today since 5am grinding meat 🥩, for our famous burgers, cutting pork loins for boneless pork chops for dinner tonight, and cutting outside skirt to have fajitas for the weekend. It’s definitely been a vibe, but also been long days. Blessed either way. 🙏

We got a call about 24 hours ago for a customer needing great food, and service today to feed their house guest. Responsibilities required to be at their location to have dinner ready by 6:30. We would need to shop and buy enough food for their guest for 7 days 3 meals a day. So we made it to the location, we served homemade chicken Alfredo, with broccoli, and salad and they enjoyed it.
Next will breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12pm, and dinner at 7pm.
Can’t wait to see how it all plays out. There are 12 guest, so it’s time to start planing what meals to make with the food we purchased. Boy ole boy, is this place beautiful and gorgeous.
