During the last few months, we have had many inquiries into purchasing our business. These inquiries include: purchasing the existing building and business as is; using the Daly name and recipes at other locations or even starting up Daly food trucks. The building is under contract to be sold, so we cannot consider a real estate sale. If the contracted sale does not close, then the land and building may also become available.

If anyone is interested in pursuing the using of the Daly name in any of these fashions, they can send an email to [email protected]. Tell us your thoughts and in which direction you would like to go with the Daly name and recipes. Please include your name, address, and telephone number. Also, please list any foodservice or other experience that you have that you feel would qualify you for such an endeavor.

We have just sold our last Daly travel mug. We still have plenty of Daly ceramic mugs. The last time that we placed an order for the Daly travel mugs was in 2015. Due to the minimum amount needed to place an order, we will not be getting in any more Daly travel mugs. We still have plenty of Daly ceramic mugs.

We just received a delivery of shirts. We now have all sizes from Small through 3X.

We have just run out of Medium T-shirts. We still have L, XL, 2X and 3X in stock.

We have a reorder of the shirts scheduled to be delivered to us around mid-July. I will let all of you know they come in. We will then have plenty of each size, including Small.

We also have plenty of mugs, bag clips and hats on hand.
All souvenirs are only available at the restaurant, as we no longer ship items.

Due to all of the repeated questions being asked, we will remind you of the following.

We have shirts in stock. Sizes M, L, XL, 2X and 3X. Smalls are on order.

We have hats, bag clips, ceramic mugs and travel mugs in stock.

We have our bottled Dalyburger Sauce in stock.

We do not have, and will not be getting, hoodies, clocks, sweatshirts or crewnecks.

All of these items can be purchased at the restaurant. We no longer ship anything.

We will be closed from July 2nd through July 5th for the holiday weekend.

Monday 11am-7pm
Tuesday 11am-7pm
Wednesday 11am-7pm
Thursday Closed
Friday 11am-7pm
Saturday 11am-4pm
Sunday Closed

We have no closing date. We will be closing at some time in the future. When we have a better idea, we will let you know.

We will be closed for the Fourth of July weekend. We will be open our normal schedule through Wednesday, July 1st. We will be closed Thursday through Sunday, July 2, 3, 4 & 5.

We will resume our normal schedule on Monday, July 6th.
