Meet one of our Shift Leads, Airelle!
Dependable, hardworking, and always one step ahead, Airelle has a way of noticing what needs to be done and taking care of it without ever being asked. She knows every detail of The Little Twirl and plays a huge role in helping manage and support our team.
She knows her team members strengths and encourages them in those areas. She takes the time to train team members, supports them as they learn, and is always willing to lend a hand. We hear her answer hundreds of questions a day, but she always stays calm and kind. She often offers help before we even ask and makes work more enjoyable every day, even if she still refuses to join us in our TikTok videos. š
We hope she knows how vital she is to The Little Twirl. As our small business continues to grow, we want her to grow right alongside us. We are grateful for all that she does and excited to see what the future holds for her at The Little Twirl.
