Somewhere, a McRib just got its feelings hurt.

We took a rack of real-deal St. Louis ribs…
deboned it…
stacked it…
and buried it in sauce like it owed us money.

Then threw it on a Louisiana po’boy bun with bread & butter pickles and red onions just to make sure it hits every time.

No mystery meat.
No “formed rib patty.”
No apologies.

Just messy, dripping, napkin-destroying BBQ.
