Heirloom tomato gazpacho made with fresh cucumber and roasted red pepper then topped with a black pepper goat cheese crostini, basil oil, and butter-poached deep sea red crab. Thanks to the culinary geniuses over in Spain for teaching us this one!

Must have some kitchen experience but we’re willing to train DOE! Come make some extra summer cash and learn from-scratch cooking methods with a great crew.
