It’s the last weekend of our spring menu! Come on in for your last chance to eat your favorite springtime dishes including the Rabbit Saddle, Gougères, Pithivier and of course our craft cocktails! Oh, and it’s Thursday Burger night! Come treat yourself to some fancy French cuisine in a laid back Montana setting! It’s summertime y’all.

Ya’ll been asking, “Can Chef Bob make a proper burger?” Boy howdy can he. Introducing the Signature and Classic burgers made with Waygu beef and served with duck fat fries. Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays through the remainder of our shoulder season. Make sure to ask about the romesco sauce to go with your fries!

Midweek special! We’re running our Waygu Pithivier after selling out (again!) last week. Come in tonight (5/6) to get this puff pastry filled with local ground Waygu, golden potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, Gruyère accompanied by horseradish sauce and huckleberries Demi glacé.

And for the veggie lovers looking for something hearty, our vegetarian Pithivier, filled with mushroom duxelles, spinach, chèvre, leek accompanied by soubise and a beet ‘Bordelaise.’

These Pithiviers are a labor of love but sooo worth it. As comforting as your Grandma’s potpie but made fancy and French. Both go great with a glass of our Côtes du Rhône. Bon appetit!
