When Mark’s In & Out first opened for business in June of 1954, President Eisenhower was in the White House, Elvis Presley had his first hit record, and Livingston was a thriving railroad town. For over 60 years, drivers heading down Highway 89 have seen our bright neon lights and pulled up for an all-American meal. We’re still keeping the best of the ‘50s alive with great music, cool cars, a nost

algic building, and good old-fashioned food. We serve famously fresh beef from Livingston Meats, Wilcoxson's Ice Cream (made only a few blocks from us since 1912), and Lehrkind's Coca Cola, keeping our menu as local as we possibly can. We like to keep things simple, enjoy ourselves, and we always look for ways to make things better.
