Phew! What a week it has been! Summer in Livingston is back, and it is such a joy to be a part of it. The beloved flanken ribs (marinated Korean-style, slow smoked, grilled and glazed with apple & flathead cherry bbq sauce, served over quinoa with bok choy kimchi and pickled cukes) have had an epic week. We have a few orders left for today, but they are probably going to sell out on the early side. Consider yourselves warned! Add some homemade Sichuan chili crisp if you're into spicy, mouth-numbing goodness. Let's all enjoy the sunshine today, and end this glorious week with a bang!
