I’m Passing the torch!!!
After nearly three decades as a staple in downtown Livingston, Pinky’s Cafe is entering a new chapter. I’m very excited to announce the sale of the beloved breakfast spot to the Jenks brothers, Bill and James, longtime Livingston residents with extensive experience in local kitchens.
I have been honored to serve the community, fostering a welcoming space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy a delicious meal. I am so thankful for the incredible support from the community throughout my 12 years owning Pinky’s. It has been an absolute pleasure to cook for this town, and I couldn’t be prouder to pass the torch to the Jenks brothers, who I know will carry on the Pinky’s almost 30 year tradition with passion and dedication. The sale should be finalized in the next week or two.
The Jenks brothers bring a deep love for food and hospitality to their new role and are committed to maintaining Pinky’s reputation as a go-to breakfast spot in Livingston. Pinky’s Cafe will remain in its current location, continuing to serve the breakfast favorites that have made it a cherished part of the community.
Our hours should not be affected by the sale. Bill has been my right hand in the the kitchen and the transition should be smooth. Our wonderful employees are staying on under the new ownership. The Jenks' will bring new energy and excitement and I am so excited for the next chapter of Pinky’s.
