Pinky's Cafe Pinky’s Café serves up a creative twist on comfort food favorites. At Pinky’s all of our dishes are made fresh.

Breakfast is made from scratch including our benedicts and betters. Some of our guests’ favorites are our waffle or eggs benedict, huevos with chorizo, our bacon-stuffed waffles with poached eggs and hollandaise, and our scotch eggs medium boiled and wrapped in breakfast sausage.
