Last week was our official last weekend of selling crawfish for LouisiAndy’s Seafood Drive Thru. But… We had a BIG boil order for today, like a 400 # boil order! 100 potatoes, 100 corn on the cob, and 50 sausage all to be ready and delivered for 12:00pm. 😳 Andy is in California working, making the real money, while I am here handling our lil Mom & Pop Seafood business. There is NO WAY I could have done this order on my own, I’d probably died trying though. 🤣
TAFFY, BAMBI, LOGAN, and two of my grandbabies ELIJAH & HAVEN came help me BEFORE the crack of Dawn to make it happen!!! My precious AUTUMN made sure to get her some packs of paper towels while she was here! IYKYK 🤣
I can’t tell y’all THANK YOU enough!!! I APPRECIATE each and every one of you, for helping me when I physically needed it most. I’m mad though, because we didn’t get any crawfish to eat for ourselves. 😫 Now I’m wanting some. I am officially done for the day. I never, and I mean NEVER EVER (unless I’m sick) lie in bed during the day and watch tv. But that is exactly what I am doing for the rest of the day and night. Worn out is an understatement.
I need another vacation. 🤣
I must say, LouisiAndy’s Seafood ended the 2026 season pretty good. 💜
And they were some BEAUTIFUL MINI MONSTER LOBSTER CRAWFISH!!!
