As always, Threshold is for lovers.

Join us next Saturday for a Valentine’s Day prix fixe - amuse bouche, four courses, and dessert - pescatarian and vegan options available, and all items on the pescatarian menu are celiac safe!

A select set of menu items will also be available as specials à la carte all next weekend when we return from winter break, so go ahead and sneak in that second date.

In addition to a la carte Bob and co. will offer a selection of dishes paired to the bottle of wine you order. You can order by plate, by bottle and pairing, or a combination of both. No rules here to play by, just come and self realize.

What is un Bistrot Parisienne. In short, it’s a Parisian wine bar as presented through the lenses of Bob and Thom’s (hazy) memory of drinking through France. But the bistro or brasserie may very well be the platonic and cornerstone inspiration for restaurants writ large. Less intent or vision to be consumed, more a conversation between patron and craftsperson to be had.

Beyond the a la carte menu, Bob will have smaller menus to pair should you order a bottle of wine. Details will come, and yes, you should order a bottle of wine.
