This mobile food truck offers on-site catering, serving delicious, handcrafted pizzas made with fresh ingredients and cooked in a traditional wood-burning oven for an unforgettable dining experience Local Central New York Food truck and Catering coming early May, featuring specialty Italian Culinary experience, providing on site catering and events. You will love our wood fired pizza made using the same centuries-old techniques that Neapolitan masters use to create a truly authentic pizza. The crisp, golden crunchy crust, the melted cheese, and the deliciously fresh and locally sourced toppings make our pizza the best. We also have a variety of pasta dishes, salads, breads, and customer requests. Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and also employed for a culinary internship by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.
