We are based out of Central New York but serve Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca, Albany, the Finger Lakes areas. We use only natural Pasture Raised pigs, from small Amish Farms in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. We are a "Chef Driven" company, Eco Friendly, A+ rated in customer service, we are Lean and Green! Cranky Grandma’s Mac -n- Cheese, named after my mother, Lorraine Wright who we sadly lost a few months ago. She was happy when I told her we added her recipe to the menu, but she really Loved it when I told her I nicknamed her Cranky Grandma! This is our most popular hot side dish. And like all Momma’s Boys I think about her with every order I make. Its made with ”Just a Little More Butter” and tons of Cheese including Land O Lakes American, Extra Sharp NY Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Parmesan Reggiano & Pecorino Romano for a little umami, Mozzarella for that final stretch, how about just a little more butter! Finally it gets topped with butter toasted panko for that contrasting crunch.
Ma you were the best, always encouraging me to cook & experiment with food since I could barely reach the stove, all those hilarious  stories of growing up in Boston, being one of 10 kids, you really were a “Fun Mom” and will be missed by so many, Love you Mom xoxo
