September and October are extremely busy for weddings In CNY! Our falls are incredible 🍂 🍁 🍃 We’ve had an incredibly busy wedding month, today we set up at the gorgeous where the views are incomparable! Congrats to the happy couple ❤️

So many mixed emotions this week as we prepared the shop items for an auction. There’s so many memories in each and every item! Some of the artwork was in our Oswego and Liverpool shop. Our gorgeous customer counter was made with the help of a friend of my husbands, a talented carpenter. The coffee counter is a combo of the two customer counters in Oswego, my husband (Chris) attached them and built a gorgeous natural wood face for it with tin accents. Stunning vintage chairs that another dear friend painted and upholstered for me in the last few days before our grand opening in Liverpool. Our faithful oven that never let us down, our brand new glass pretzel warmer that we were so excited to purchase and held our breath as it shipped all the way from Florida (and arrived in one piece, yay!). The sweet vintage hospitality plates that I saved and collected for years before we opened our doors. A gorgeous farmhouse pendant light that Chris also custom built when we shut down for a bit during Covid. Our efficient and helpful square point of sale system. The lemon presses that made the most scrumptious lemonade. The beautiful wooden butchers blocks that displayed our cupcakes each day. The faithful stand mixers that whipped up our incredible buttercream and homemade batters. The farmhouse metal stools that looked stunning around the shop counters in Oswego, the list goes on and on for over 80 items for auction. With a saddened hearts we are announcing the closure of our Liverpool Location. With the rising costs of every supply we use as well as newly rising utilities we have made the tough decision to close the storefront. Most of our supplies have doubled or even tripled in cost and with supply shortages and the continued state of our economy we feel that it is the best decision for us at this time. We strongly feel like its going to get worse, before it gets better as we live in these unprecedented times. Will we ever have a daily walk-in store-front again? YES, there is a possibility but we are opting to vow out to see how things roll out moving forward. We are however working on a small production facility to still be able to complete wholesale and customer orders, for delivery only. We have a few ideas up our sleaves, we will certainly update everyone as things develop! We are currently not taking any new orders for the month of October until we get situated into a new facility.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, so many of our customers have forever touched our hearts and lives and will be life long friends! It has been a true honor to say the least to serve the great people of Onondaga/ Oswego County and beyond. To know that we have been a small part of your life celebrations is a true blessing knowing that we helped to bring families and friends closer together over a sweet (or savory pretzel) treat made by us! We have always taken pride in the quality of our product and our ingredients, and we are not willing to settle or "cheapen" our product by using more cost effective ingredients. You have always been able to receive nothing but the best when purchasing from us and we will continue to do so moving forward. Starting this ten years ago, butter has nearly tripled, utilities have tripled, oil, eggs, packaging supplies etc, food safe gloves, you name it, it has increased. We couldn't possibly pass this all onto our customers.

It was a complete honor to make this "Book" cake for the young, local (Oswego) Author Craig Abbott. Craig has proven that against all odds, if you work hard and follow your dreams, you can accomplish anything! PUMPKIN Cream Cheese is BACK and will be in the shop tmor, Saturday 9/3 from 9am-1pm! Along with several other flavors, cookies, bars/ brownies, macarons, peanut butter pie, savory soft pretzels and more!! We will be on vacation the following week (only open for scheduled pickups). We will return for pickups starting on 9/14 and the shop open for walkins Saturday 9/17! See you tmoro!
