We would absolutely love to be open right now — and we miss our guests terribly. ❤️
Unfortunately, our reopening depends on a few outside vendors completing necessary repairs and infrastructure work. Those timelines have taken a little longer than expected, which has pushed our reopening back.
At this time, we are hopeful to reopen the week of September 14th.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly cannot wait to welcome everyone back to Simply Fondue! ❤️

We miss our guests terribly. ❤️
These unexpected construction delays have been difficult for all of us, and we know they’ve been disappointing for many of you as well — especially those whose reservations we’ve had to cancel or postpone.
Simply Fondue has been part of this community for nearly 19 years, and we are incredibly grateful for the loyal guests who continue to check in, send kind messages, and tell us how much they’re looking forward to coming back. Please know we are just as anxious to welcome you through our doors again.
The additional time is necessary to make sure the repairs are completed properly so we can reopen the way our guests deserve.
Until we meet again, thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly can’t wait to see you.
And when we reopen, we’re planning a special Welcome Back celebration as we continue honoring our guests and Simply Fondue’s 19th anniversary. 🥂❤️
