Better late than never! We wanted to share what took place on July 11th. A memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
My mother Sallie Witt began planning a surprise party for us for our hard work over the years and our accomplishment of announcing that we will be opening our first storefront in Livermore. She invited our closest friends, family, and many individuals that have been part of the process. Including someone from the Livermore planning department, our lender Fremont Bank , the Mayor, and our Pastor Todd. She even included my Dads photo on the menu (he’s not the taco guy😆) My Dad passed away unexpectedly last year and he will always be a piece that’s missing in every celebration.
The Mayor gave a speech of encouragement and excitement! And Pastor Todd said a beautiful prayer over our family and business.
We are so grateful for the path we are on and excited to bring Traditions Meat Co to Livermore. Our hometown where we grew up and now raising our kids.
Thank you to everyone who has been cheering us on over the years. It’s been quite the roller coaster ride, but with everyone by our side we always found a way forward.
