Been at the same location for over 11 years. Since the beginning we pooled all our tips to cover our feeding the homeless project. We never publicize our decision. We never wanted anyone to feel obligated. Quietly we have fed well over 10,000 homeless meals. We are now in danger of having to abandon that program. In the past few weeks our food costs have increased 20%. No joke 20%! They say inflation is at an all time high of 3.8%. No! The truth is 20%! How does a small business survive?! We just introduced a new menu a few weeks ago. Actually lowering our prices. We want to provide a top notch product at a reasonable price. We don’t want to raise our prices like everyone else. Maybe rerouting the money is the temporary solution? We’re looking for suggestions from you. Let’s play the game of “What would you do?”
