******RESERVATIONS******
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS? Reservations are highly recommended as primetime dinner spots are usually booked out two to three weeks ahead of time. Our bar and lounge are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please make reservations online for either indoor or patio seating. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS? Online via your computer is the best way. Visit meltingpot.com/littleton-co and click âBook a Table Onlineâ. Please notify us if youâre running late through the RESY reservation program, and change/modify your reservation. For reservations of 6 or more, please call our restaurant directly to speak to a hospitality specialist at (303) 794-5666. We cannot accept reservations via email. WHAT IS THE LARGEST CAPACITY IN ONE ROOM? A. 38 guests in our banquet room and up to 80 people on our patio during the spring and summer. DO YOU ALLOW WHOLE RESTAURANT BUYOUTS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS? Yes, we do. Contact us at [email protected] for more information. WHAT IF I BOOKED MY RESERVATION MONTHS AGO AND MADE A MENTION OF MY SHELLFISH ALLERGY. DO I GET A TWO-BURNER TABLE? Your best bet to get a two-burner table for ANY reason is to come in at lunch or late at night when itâs NOT BUSY. However, they are still requests and not guarantees. We promise we will do our best. CAN WE COME IN FOR JUST CHEESE OR JUST CHOCOLATE? We offer happy hour and can do cheese, salad and chocolate fondue in the bar. Please note that the bar is always on a first come, first serve basis. Regular tables at dinner service (2:30PM - close) are strictly for our complete fondue experience which includes cheese, salad, entrĂ©e and chocolate. HOW DOES DINING ON THE PATIO WORK? Our patio was recently voted as the best patio in the Denver metro area and itâs a lot of fun. That said, itâs subject to closure due to inclement weather. Living in the foothills means storms come and go quickly and the decision to close the patio and thus, cancel your reservation is a decision that always weighs heavy on our hearts, minds, and wallets. Our amazing servers WANT to take care of you. If bad weather presents itself, we will cancel your reservation as a safety measure. Underneath each table are electrical outlets and our style of dining/cuisine is different from most restaurants. Water can be very dangerous with our burners and electricity. We do not apologize for keeping our guests and employees safe. If we can move your reservation inside, we will offer that, but know that during dinner we are typically booked a week ahead of time and it may be impossible. We will always call the number you made the reservation with and leave a message. Please leave an accurate and easily accessible phone number. During fall and winter, our outdoor patio tables are housed within festive heated igloos. Most guests feel warm enough where they donât need to wear their jacket inside the igloos. However, because our servers go in and out of the enclosure, we still recommend dressing warmly and bringing a warm jacket. WHEN DO YOU BEGIN TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS? New Yearâs Eve and Valentineâs Day are holidays that include prepayment as they are ticketed events that include tax and gratuity. An all-inclusive package, if you will. We typically open our books for those days three months in advance. Other holidays and special celebrations such as Motherâs Day, Christmas Eve, and Fatherâs Day (just to name a few) do not require prepayment. These Are not ticketed events but will have a set specialty menu. Stay tuned to our Club Fondue e-newsletter, our website and social media pages for announcements and updates. HOW DO LARGE PARTIES WORK? ARE WE GUARANTEED A PRIVATE AREA? Large parties are incredibly fun at The Melting Pot. Our group dining is fantastic for families, special occasions, and business meetings. Itâs a longer than normal dining experience and the style of our cuisine lends itself to good times and nostalgic memories. Each floor has tables big enough to accommodate groups of six or more. That said, thereâs no guarantee your party will be seated in an enclosed booth or section.
******SPECIAL REQUESTS******
DO YOU OFFER ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR ANNIVERSARIES AND BIRTHDAYS? We have a myriad of fun retail options you can have preset to your table that include everything from rose petals, balloon packages, floating candles, teddy bears and more. Check out our âGroups & Add-Onsâ section at meltingpot.com under the Littleton location for more information. In addition, if youâre a member of Club Fondue, you will receive emails and youâll be first in line for specials and exclusive offers! HOW DO I RESERVE A SPECIFIC TABLE, FLOOR OR SERVER? You can always REQUEST any of the above items, however, they are only requests and not guarantees. We have certain floors and tables that receive hundreds of requests every day and it is impossible to accommodate them all. So, instead of over promising and under delivering, please know that we will try our best. Our number one priority is getting your reservation seated on time. In regard to specific servers, it is against the law and an unsafe practice to give out server schedules and sections to inquiring guests. I HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY. CAN I REQUEST A 2-BURNER TABLE? We book tables to full capacity and regardless of allergies or requests, you will be placed at a table that accommodates your party size. Shellfish is one small part of ONE of FOUR courses. You can sub out shrimp and/or lobster for other items. CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN W**E AND DRINKS? Outside alcohol is not permitted to be opened or consumed on our property. Colorado on-premise liquor licenses and law do not permit this practice. HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES? Due to the cost and availability of strawberries, our best strawberries are selected for the chocolate fondue dipper plates. We also do not offer the chocolate covered strawberries to-go. However, we will still honor the coupon and take $16 off your bill. Please use it to order drinks, our charcuterie board or anything else.
******RESTAURANT INFO******

NCAA Football Championship Monday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and January 10th. On occasion, we may close during certain hours or days for maintenance and training. This allows us to provide the best dining experience for guests year-round. ARE YOU HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? Yes, itâs limited to our bottom or lower level. You MUST advise us if a member of your party needs our handicap entrance ahead of time. We have five tables that can be accessed on our bottom floor but if we arenât notified ahead of time, we cannot plan your party there. We would hate to have your party arrive and not be able to accommodate you. Please make a note of it in your reservation to guarantee a handicap accessible table. DOES YOUR RESTAURANT OFFER SELF-PARKING AND/OR VALET? We offer both during dinner hours. You can self-park in the north end of the parking lot (past Valetâs signs), or you can take advantage of our complimentary valet parking. While itâs complimentary, be advised they also appreciate gratuities. WHAT IS YOUR RESTAURANT DOING FOR COVID PRECAUTIONS? We follow the directives set forth by Tri-County health as it happens and have a sterling reputation in our community for providing safe and sanitary surroundings. In addition to our standard cleaning projects, we have a professional cleaning company that comes in daily once business has ended and cleans our building, tables and stations from top to bottom. WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGE? This is an additional charge (3%) we put on the check which goes directly to our hard-working kitchen staff. This allows us to pay extremely competitive wages which results in better employees and better food. As many restaurants, from coast to coast, begin to implement this, we are proud to inform you of this practice and look forward to serving you. WHERE IS YOUR RESTROOM LOCATED? While a very reasonable question, the answer is one that leads you through the waters of Rivendell, forests of Mirkwood and to the very heart of Mordor. It is a journey in our restaurant that requires the utmost perseverance and vigilance. Undertake the journey at your own risk. Quite simply, our restrooms are located on the bottom floor. Find the staircase, go all the way down and hang a U-turn along the blue carpet.
