That’s a wrap on 2025 for Erickson’s Eatery!

We appreciate all the support at the I Falls Bass Championship and throughout our events all summer in Littlefork, International Falls, and Ranier. Once again we experienced smiles and kindness, patience, and lots of friendly interactions from our side of the trailer.

We want to acknowledge the incredible volunteers, city workers, fire, police, and ambulance crews that allow all of us to experience these events.
THANK YOU for all that you do! 🙏🏼❤️

One summer interaction that stands out is an energetic young boy we saw at EVERY event who came around at Ranier and tipped ALL the food trailers. He came up to us and said, “Oh yeah - you are teachers when you’re not doing this. Teachers NEED to be tipped for everything they do because they sure don’t get paid enough for dealing with kids!” We chuckled, and his 3rd grade observation certainly melted our hearts. 💕
We wish all the area students and staff well as we transition back to school!
We sure appreciate all the tips. Every cent of those do go to our sons working the trailer for their savings and school costs - THANK YOU! 🫶🏼

Hello Friends! Summer 2025 is here! ☀️⚾️😊

We will be serving up delicious food and treats in Littlefork at CERC baseball in City Park (beside the fire station) on

Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28 from 4:00-8:00 PM - both nights.

We hope to see lots of players and families - the weather looks fabulous!

We’ll have plenty of food for all customers - whether you’re involved in ball or not.

Come on down - it’ll be worth it!

Well friends, the park is empty, the tent is down, and the 20th Annual International Falls Bass Championship is over. What an epic time!! 🎣

Our sincere thank you to all the volunteers, city workers, law enforcement, participants, and attendees.
You were fabulous to work with and serve.

Our first two months have been crazy (but amazing)! We did three county fairs across Northern MN, a music festival, Int'l Falls Crazy Daze, and more! THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us! 🙏🥰
