After years of set up and the dream to have an ice cream shop along the trail I have decided to not open. What’s the Scoop will be Permanently close .

I just got a call from Tri-R-Services to set up delivery of a bathroom and sink!

I’m sad to announce this year will not be the year I open the ice cream shop.
I had all intentions to open, but family comes first and for that reason I will not open this year. I’m very sad, but also relieved to put this announcement out and be able to breathe!
Sorry to all the the ice cream fans- I really hope next year I will be able to hit the hot season with ice cold sweets for you all♥️

I’m ready but the shop is not! I was hoping to open memorial weekend however, I’m having a heck of a time getting a plumber to “commit” to a date to get me up and running! As soon as plumbing is done, I’ll submit for inspection and the hope of opening at the end of June will be in full swing😍
I can’t wait for y’all to see the sundaes that I’ll be bringing to the Valley

What??? Vacation, why is vaca a good thing before opening…

Well because not only do I have an excuse to eat as much ice cream as possible but I get to visit a whole lotta ice cream shacks!!! I am collecting ideas, & asking questions to each ice cream artist about the delicious treats I devour!!!
I can’t wait to incorporate some of these fancy delicacy’s to Little Valley’s newest shop opening in 2022!

I’m sorry to say this will not be our season to open!
Many of you know me, some may not-
I own a business and this will be my second business venture. Last year my family lost our home to a fire. We were suppose to move into out new home in June, but that did not happen, then we were told July 16, and here my husband, daughter, and I are still waiting for the construction to be completed to move in. I personally want to give a new business my full attention. After 17 months of being displaced I cannot commit to opening a second business properly and move into our home at the same time. In addition, I hear many people saying “no one wants to work”, I also notice a few of the local ice cream shops have closed several times do to weather. I want to open What’s the Scoop and have it thrive!
So here I am in a bit of a pickle… So I’ve decided to hold off for 2021 and open spring/summer of 2022!!!
I truly wish I could “do it all”.
