Our chef is pretty awesome… just saying 🥰

Join me in begging Chef James Hale to put this Berkshire Pork “Flat Iron” with roasted apple chimichurri and cauliflower mash on the regular menu. Or at least as an occasional special?

This was the first course from last night’s Allsopp & Chapple wine dinner. You’ve prob seen me write about these dinners before. If you get a chance to reserve a seat in the future, do it. Chef Hale and his staff are truly top notch.

Honestly, I don’t think he gets enough credit for being one of our best chefs in LR. Knowing him, he’d deflect that compliment onto the other kitchen staff. The man is humble and not an attention seeker.

Anyways, props on a wonderful evening last night.
